What is Hirebase?

Hirebase is a workspace where you hand work to AI agents and they get it done for you. Instead of chatting back and forth, you describe what you want, and an agent takes it from there.

The big idea

Think of Hirebase as a team of capable assistants that are always available. You give the team a task in plain language, and the right agent picks it up, does the work, and gives you a result you can use.

You don't need to know how to prompt an AI or write any code. You describe the outcome you want, and Hirebase figures out the steps.

What you can do with it

People use Hirebase for things like:

  • Researching a topic and writing up a summary
  • Drafting documents, emails, and reports
  • Building a simple website or page
  • Pulling together information from connected tools
  • Repetitive work you'd rather not do by hand

The work happens in the background, so you can start a task and come back to the finished result later.

How work is organized

Everything in Hirebase happens inside a task. A task is a single piece of work with a clear goal. You can have many tasks running at once, each handled by an agent.

Bigger tasks are often broken into smaller steps automatically. You can watch the progress as it happens, or just wait for the final result.

What you get back

When a task finishes, the agent delivers a result — sometimes called a deliverable. This might be a document, a written answer, a file, or a link to something it built. You can read it, download it, or ask for changes.
