Connect Gmail
Connect Gmail to let agents find messages, summarize email, and draft or send replies as part of your requests.
Connect your account
- Open Settings → Connectors.
- Find Gmail under Apps and open its card.
- Choose Continue to connect Gmail and follow the sign-in steps in the new tab.
- Review Google's requested permissions and complete the connection.
- Return to Kohai and check that your account is connected.
Google handles your sign-in; Kohai does not see your Google password.
Sending email
Review any approval request before an email is sent. A valid permission you granted earlier, or an automation set to Auto, can allow sending without a new prompt. See When does Kohai ask for approval?.
Connection problems
Open the Gmail card in Connectors to check the connected account. Use Reconnect if shown, or follow Manage connected apps to reconnect or disconnect it.
