Exporting or downloading a deliverable

When a task finishes, the agent gives you a result — a deliverable. This article explains how to view it, download it, and share it.

What a deliverable is

A deliverable is the finished output of a task. Depending on what you asked for, it might be:

  • A document or written summary
  • A file, such as a spreadsheet, image, or PDF
  • A link to something the agent built, like a web page
  • A short answer right inside the task

Viewing your result

Open the task to see its result. For written results, you can read them directly in the task. For files, you'll see the file ready to open or download.

Downloading a file

When a deliverable is a file, download it from the task to save a copy to your device. From there you can open it in your usual apps or share it however you like.

Copying text

For written results, you can select and copy the text to paste it into another document, email, or tool. If you'd rather have it as a file, you can ask the agent to provide it in a specific format.

Finding past deliverables

Results stay with their task, so you can come back to a finished task later to view or re-download what it produced. If you can't find a result, look for the task that produced it.

Asking for a different format

If a result isn't in the format you need, just ask. Reply to the task with something like "Can you give me this as a PDF?" and the agent will provide it in the format you want.

Sharing a result

For a result that's a link — like a page the agent built — you can share that link directly. For files and documents, download them first and share the copy.

If you can't download something

If a download doesn't work, try refreshing the page and opening the task again. If the file still won't download, contact support and mention the task name.
