How long does Kohai retain my data?

While your account is active, your content is kept for as long as you keep it. Kohai does not age it out automatically.

Deleted tasks, and Library files Kohai stores, wait in Trash, where you can restore them for 30 days. Removing a link to a file stored somewhere else never deletes the original, and the link has no time limit in Trash.

After account deletion, personal content is retained for 90 days and then deleted. After an organisation is deleted, its content is retained for 90 days and then deleted.

Required billing records and operational history are kept separately, on their own schedules. Files in connected services such as Google Drive are not deleted by Kohai.
